Warranty Terms

Quantex guarantees the quality of materials and design for the full range of solid state drives (SSD). If any defects are proven by Quantex (caused by the material and/or design), Quantex will offer to repair and/or replace those items. The repaired or replaced products shall perform exactly the same as new ones. (Replaced products might be repaired products or contain repaired material) The statement above does not apply to any damage resulting from an accident, mis-operation, improper operating environment, man-made damage, or any damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification or any damage to a Quantex product.

Warranty:

1. Free-of-charge maintenance service: For those defects on product performance caused by product design or materials, and no presence of physical damage to the product.

2. Fee-based maintenance service: For any damage caused by user, the user shall bear charges for maintenance

3. No maintenance:

Specifically serious conditions, and cannot be repaired.

Any unauthorized changes or repairing for the solid state drive (SSD)

The product unrecognizable to prove its authenticity or having a damaged unreadable label.

Any product proved by Quantex to be a counterfeit instead of a genuine product.

Any other conditions

Warranty Information

1. The customer is responsible for returning equipment to maintenance shops approved by Quantex, and pay for the shipping. Quantex has the right to choose the type of warranty (repair or replace), and will pay for the shipping to send the equipment back to the customer.

2. If customer attempts to repair or replace bad components, Quantex will not honor the warranty.

3. For repaired equipment, Quantex will try to repair parts and return it in 10-12 working days (for consumer and commercial products) or 10-15 working days (for industrial and military products) from time of receipt of goods. Note: In case there are exceptional circumstances extending the repairing time, further notice will be given.

4. If Quantex finds no problems with the product, Quantex won’t do the follow-up to replace or repair the product, and the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

5. Please make a data backup before returning the product. If data is lost or destroyed, Quantex will not be responsible.

6. When requesting a repair, you must contact Quantex to give a “RMA” Return Merchandise Authorization. Quantex will determine where the product needs to be sent. In most cases, the product will be sent to the Distributor or Authorized Reseller in your country.
